"I wanna walk like you...

Note: This post was supposed to go up last night, but just as I was about to hit "Publish" my poor, teething, cranky, emotional son Completely. Lost. His. Mind. By the time my sweet boy was settled back in his bed, I had lost mine! Not that I had anything really important to say, but still. Here you go.

*********************************************************************************

Okay, I need to get something out of my system.

That McDonald's commercial? For the coffee? Where that couple rhythmically bangs on the table while sipping their McCafe?

I. Want. To. Slap. The. Shit. Out. Of. Them.

Moving on.

So, I have been super cranky, which is insane because things are pretty good! It's mainly hormonal and not at all environmental, so in a few days when everything is back to status quo, so to speak, I will be over myself.  I know. Ew, right?

There have been many doings about our little household! Pete is on a shorter stretch of time off in his work cycle, so he's been home and we have been able to do family things. By family things, it's mainly been watching PJ walking around!

Yup! He's walking! It took a while, but he started yesterday out of nowhere and hasn't stopped since! For now it's still hilarious and wonderful but I'm sure that by the end of the week, my house will be destroyed! ;-)

Tomorrow is Pete's last full day off, so we have big plans to take PJ to the Discovery Museum to see him really try his new legs out! In the meantime, it's late, it's cold, and it's windy outside and I am pretty sure that the only place I should be right now is in bed!

Goodnight!

Hate that commercial! Who the hell does that?
Yay PJ!! I often think that I can't wait for Chuck to walk, but he is proving to be a little more um, explorative than the bigs were, so I'm sure I'll have to move everything in this house 4 feet off the ground when that happens. Have fun at the museum!!
